Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at info@breezeandbubbles.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item.

Damages and issues

We are committed to offering our customers the highest quality products. In the unlikely event that an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@breezeandbubbles.com. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the delicate nature of framed prints, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for these items. This precaution is taken to preserve their quality, as there is a significant risk of damage occurring during the return process.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
